IIMV FIELD invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions on a fixed-term contract basis for a period of up to 2 years

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payment sand returns. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on our business’s financial position, liquidity and cash flows while ensuring we comply with all tax regulations.

b	Educational Qualifications	B. Com or M. Com Desirable: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the relevant discipline/Accountant
c	Work Experience	Work experience of up to one year, preferably in an organisation of higher education/research in the relevant areas. Freshers can also apply
d	Key Skills	Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally) Good MS Excel skills Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant degree Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
e	Responsibilities	Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements on time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity Comply with financial policies and regulations

A. Terms and Conditions :

1. Number of positions : As per the organization’s requirement at the time of recruitment.
2. Consolidated Salary :
  1. Consolidated monthly pay ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000/- depending on qualifications, experience, last pay drawn, and performance in the selection process. Promising candidates with specific/advanced qualifications, experience, and skills of significant value to the organization can be considered for a higher starting salary.
  2. No other allowances are applicable.
3. Nature of Appointment : Selected candidates will be offered a fixed-term appointment for a period of up to two years (Contractual) on monthly consolidated pay. The contract may be renewed based on the organization’s requirements, good conduct, and the incumbent’s performance.

B. General :

1. All the educational qualifications acquired should be duly recognized in law.

11. Selection Process: The Screening Committee constituted by the Competent Authority shall conduct the screening of applications to shortlist the candidates. The Selection Committee constituted for this purpose shall conduct the necessary process, which may include a personal interview and/or other types of assessment (online or physical mode) for the selection of suitable candidates.
12.
