  • Job Role: IT & Marketing
  • Job Title: Intern – Analyst
  • Duration of Work: 4 Months (Full Time)
  • Context: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fulfil the role of Event Coordination, Portal Management and Data Analytics Coordinator. This position entails overseeing tasks related to the portals such as NIRF (Innovation), IIC, NISP, YUKTI, Smart India Hackathon; IIMV FIELD’s Accubate & Zoom portals, etc ensuring accurate and timely data updates, content management, and coordinating activities. The ideal candidate will possess good written communication & presentation skills, data management and should demonstrate proficiency in organizing meetings effectively.
  • Scope of Work:
    • Regularly review portal content to ensure consistency, relevance, and adherence to guidelines.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to organize and facilitate meetings; to ensure that upcoming events, activities, and updates are identified and completed in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with various teams to gather, review, and upload relevant data, documents, and multimedia content to the portals.
    • Respond to user inquiries and provide support related to portal usage, content availability, and technical issues.
    • Efficiently compile data related to requirements and performance metrics.
    • Utilize strong written skills to create engaging and informative content for portal stakeholders.
    • Manage and update content on various portals, ensuring accurate representation of information, resources, and events.
    • Collaborate with the technical teams of respective portals to troubleshoot and resolve any portalrelated technical issues.
  • Preferred Requirements: B. Tech (Any Discipline). Based out of Visakhapatnam.
