Shri Prasad Dahapute, CEO – Gramkalyan.com, is the chairperson, Board of Directors of IIMV-FIELD. His expertise is mainly into Policy making for empowerment of the poor through MSMEs and PPP; Strategy and execution for technology startups for sustainable development through inclusion; Incubation in government/ social sectors.

Professor Chandrasekhar is an engineer and management professional by training. Between 1983 and 2002, he held senior management and top executive grade positions in the corporate world, in manufacturing and BFSI sectors. He was with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad as a full Professor from April 2002 to March 2017. He is the Director of IIM Visakhapatnam since 22 March 2017. He has been the Chairman/Member of high-powered/apex/empowered Committees constituted by the Ministries/Departments of the Govt. of India. He served on the Boards of organizations in the public and private sectors.

He is the MD of IIMV-FIELD.

Dr M Shameem Jawed is an assistant professor and chair of entrepreneurship development at IIM Visakhapatnam. He is also the  Director (Operations) of IIMV-FIELD.

Shameem has been training and mentoring Start-ups and handhold them from ideation to implementation phase since the last three years. As Program Director, he has successfully incubated 40+ women ventures, under Women Startup Program being funded by NSTEDB (DST) and Goldman Sacs over the last three years. He also heads the G3 TBI at IIM Visakhapatnam under the TIDE 2.0 program of MeitY, GoI. IIMV since now have incubated 5 ventures under the TIDE 2.0 scheme. He also actively trains the faculty & administrators of various government funded technical institutions on various aspects of Entrepreneurship development in Academic institutions under the Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme(TEQIP)-III, under the aegis of the National Project Implementation Unit, Ministry of Human Resource Development and Government of India. He has been actively sharing his knowledge and knowhow in the entrepreneurship space as Keynote and Invited speaker at various forums like –ALEAP, Vizag Chamber of Commerce, TiE, AU, NASSCOM, among others.

Shameem has done his FPM (PhD) in Finance & Accounting area from IIM Indore. Prior to joining IIMV, he was working as an Assistant Professor at MDI Murshidabad. He has also worked at SunGard (now FIS) for over five years as consultant in various domains such as public sector, finance, information and knowledge management. His teaching interests are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Valuation, Start-up Financing and Financial Analytics. His research interest primarily lies in Corporate Finance, Governance, Capital Markets, Entrepreneurship and Tourism domain.

Deepika Gupta holds FPM (PhD) in Corporate Strategy & Policy area from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. In addition to this, she is a first attempt Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary. She has obtained her Masters degree in Financial Services and Management from University of Mumbai. She has also qualified UGC-NET in Management. She has almost 12 years of industrial experience working with organizations – BSE Ltd, and Finanza Capital Services Pvt Ltd. She had been reviewer for various national/ international conferences and journals like Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management, Indian Academy of Management, IIMB Management Review.

She is the Director(Finance) of IIMV-FIELD.
