Harsha Vikas Dhanalakota is a calm and composed person from India. He is a Postgraduate in Management from IIM Bangalore and a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Warangal.

Currently, he is working as a Resident Mentor with early-stage start-ups to solve their business challenges and to develop their business models at the IIM Visakhapatnam Incubation Center. His core competencies are in the areas of Business Model Development, Operations Strategy & Management, Marketing Research and Project Management. He is also scaling up the business of IIMV FIELD as one of the key strategic resources of the Incubator.

He worked for companies such as Hero MotoCorp (in one of their fastest motorcycle manufacturing plant), Amazon (in their worldwide operations customer service teams) and in a startup AskmeBazaar (in their business development and operations team). He also did a special project on fire safety at IIT Delhi. He is also the founder and Director of 24MixedFruits CCD Consulting LLP, a consultancy-based start-up in Education Industry and Coaching Sector. Prior to working in private companies, he tried to get into Intelligence Bureau of India but could not succeed. He has life skills & capabilities and likes to utilize his Available Time of 24 hours in a day and have fun. He enjoys designing photographs and gaming.

Nishant Sharma is pursuing his post-graduation program in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam in the batch of 2022.

He worked for two months with IIMV-FIELD as a Digital Marketing, Social Media Management & PR intern for two months. He was responsible for website design development and content creation for IIMV-FIELD’s website. He was also responsible for maintaining the social media pages of IIMV-FIELD and creating content for the same. During his internship tenure, he hosted all the programs conducted by IIMV-FIELD, including workshops and masterclass series.

He has a 1-year of experience as a backend associate with Vats New Ventures based in Gurgaon, Haryana. His core competencies are Digital Marketing, Social media management, content creation. His future endeavours include building his startup in the future and giving something back to society through his skills and abilities.
