Sampannakaari Enterprise Incubation Program

Sampannakaari is a long-term enterprise incubation program designed to support SHG women owned or led businesses in Andhra Pradesh. It is implemented by IIMV FIELD in partnership with the NRLM, GoI and SERP, GoAP to help entrepreneurs strengthen and grow their enterprises.

The program supports eligible enterprises through a structured journey that includes application, selection, and incubation phases. The TOP 150 Selected enterprises receive sustained support for 18–24 months to improve business performance and achieve sustainable growth (i.e min 15% annual revenue growth).

Participants gain access to funding opportunities, mentoring, training, market linkages, business resources, and collaboration networks.

Financial support may include grants up to ₹15 lakhs or soft loans averaging ₹4 lakhs, depending on enterprise performance and requirements.

By providing structured guidance and ecosystem support, Sampannakaari helps entrepreneurs build stronger, more stable, and growth-oriented businesses while creating local employment and strengthening rural economies.

This program at IIMV FIELD will consist of three Phases –

Phase 1
Call for Applications

During this phase, IIMV FIELD & SERP will be reaching out to enterprises expected to be benefitted through this program. Interested & eligible entrepreneurs already running an enterprise, will need to submit the application form in our website.

Phase 2
Challenge Fund Competition

In this phase, background checks will be conducted for the TOP500 applicants and upto 250 applicants will get shortlisted for challenge fund competition. The entrepreneurs will get inputs on various essential knowledge areas such as:
> Understanding Business Models
> Making a Business plan
> Delivering an Elevator Pitch
At the end of this phase, the applicants will present their business plan to a selection committee, to move forward to the next phase.

Phase 3
Incubation

In this phase, the TOP 150 enterprises will be selected for an 18-24 months long Incubation, where ventures will be given structured inputs on business and mentorship. It will be conducted virtually and physically by IIMV FIELD.

The progress of the enterprises will be reviewed internally. The ventures will be invited for a brief interaction with the Investment Committee of IIMV FIELD, for financial support in this program.
