Divyam Singla is currently pursuing his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, where he serves as a Junior Partner at EPIC. Through the club, he actively contributes to initiatives that strengthen industry engagement, foster strategic discussions, and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration between students, industry leaders, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, Divyam completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Delhi, where he developed a strong foundation in business analysis, financial markets, and corporate strategy. His academic journey, complemented by practical experience in valuation and financial analysis, has shaped his analytical approach to understanding businesses and investment opportunities.

He has gained exposure to working on business valuation assignments involving industry research, startup analysis, and company profiling across diverse sectors. He evaluated business models, identified value drivers and strategic risks, and provided structured insights to support advisory engagements. These experiences strengthened his ability to combine an analytical mindset with strategic thinking while working under demanding timelines.

Alongside his interest in finance, Divyam has demonstrated leadership through social entrepreneurship initiatives, where he contributed to business development, stakeholder engagement, and operational expansion for a sustainability-focused venture. Working across industry partners, NGOs, and community organizations gave him valuable exposure to building scalable, impact-driven solutions while balancing commercial and social objectives.

Divyam is deeply interested in investment research, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital. He is particularly fascinated by understanding how businesses create long-term value through strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and innovation. His long-term aspiration is to build a career at the intersection of investing and strategy, helping organizations grow through thoughtful financial analysis and informed strategic decisions.

Outside academics and professional pursuits, Divyam enjoys watching movies and believes that every experience, whether through stories on screen or real-life interactions, offers a new perspective. He lives with a mindset that meaningful impact is created by combining analytical rigor with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
