Fayek Nawaz is a Junior Partner at EPIC and a first-year MBA student at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (Class of 2028). He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Netaji Subhash Engineering College, where he graduated among the Top 5% of his batch. His academic journey also led to the publication of a research paper in the Journal of the Institution of Engineers, reflecting an early inclination towards analytical thinking and research-driven problem solving.
Prior to his MBA, Fayek spent over three years at Accenture as a Salesforce Developer, working with a leading US healthcare client. During his tenure, he designed and enhanced enterprise CRM solutions that streamlined healthcare workflows, strengthened physician engagement, and supported commercial operations at scale. His contributions included developing a Consent Management platform adopted across multiple business divisions, engineering enterprise-wide record-sharing frameworks, enabling AI-driven customer segmentation, and delivering product enhancements that improved operational efficiency, user experience, and revenue opportunities. His consistent impact earned him recognition as one of the Top 3 performers in his onboarding cohort, followed by the Accenture Performance Award for delivering exceptional client value.
At EPIC, Fayek aims to leverage his experience in enterprise problem solving, stakeholder management, and structured decision-making to contribute to startup consulting, venture evaluation, market research, and ecosystem-building initiatives. He is particularly interested in understanding how innovative ideas evolve into scalable businesses by working closely with founders, investors, and early-stage ventures.
Leadership has been a defining aspect of Fayek’s journey. During his school years, he served as Junior School Captain, Middle School Captain and later as House Captain, leading student initiatives, coordinating large-scale events, and acting as a key liaison between students and faculty. In college, as a member of the Eco-Cultural Club, he managed vendor coordination, logistics, and backstage operations for flagship institutional events, strengthening his ability to lead teams and execute under demanding timelines.
Beyond academics and professional pursuits, Fayek has represented his college at the State Finals of Times Fresh Face, finishing among the Top 16 contestants after winning the college round and progressing through the inter-collegiate stage. A passionate performer, he is also a beatboxer, guitarist, and singer, interests that reflect his creativity, confidence, and love for connecting with people. He holds certifications in Salesforce Administration, Agentforce Specialist, Applied Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Salesforce DevOps.
