Kartavya Yadav is currently pursuing his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, where he is actively involved in driving entrepreneurial growth and ecosystem-building initiatives. He serves as a Junior Partner at the Entrepreneurship, Passion and Innovation Committee (EPIC), contributing to strategic initiatives, startup engagement, and fostering a culture of innovation across the campus community.

Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, Kartavya built a solid background in enterprise technology as an Associate Engineer where he acted as a primary technical advisor for GlaxoSmithKline, managing critical IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime in highly regulated domains, and handling cross-functional execution. His corporate exposure equipped him with strong operational rigor, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of scaling complex systems.

Driven by a passion for building, Kartavya simultaneously ventured into entrepreneurship. He founded Voompit, scaling it into one of India’s fastest-growing business and startup insights platforms with over 130K followers and leading end-to-end brand partnerships for major names like IQOO and Deconstruct. Expanding his footprint globally, he established Voompit Global LLC, leveraging e-commerce workflows, AI-driven automation, and international digital operations. His background combines the execution discipline of corporate engineering with the agility and risk-taking mindset of a multi-venture founder.

Beyond his professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Kartavya is an active community contributor as a member of the Rotary Club of Delhi Southend. He stays physically grounded through long-distance running, having completed the TCS Fit4Life 10km Marathon, believing that endurance and discipline directly translate to operational leadership.

Fascinated by the intersection of technology, digital scaling, and venture creation, Kartavya aspires to empower early-stage founders and build high-impact platforms that support the next wave of Indian entrepreneurship.
