Mr Shardav Jauras

MBA Candidate - Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (2025–27)

Shardav is an MBA student at IIM Visakhapatnam with 2.5 years of prior experience at Jio Platforms Limited, where he worked in a fast-paced operational and technology-driven environment involving stakeholder coordination, systems execution, and cross-functional collaborations. Over time, he developed a strong inclination towards understanding how products, systems, and businesses scale through a combination of technology, customer understanding, and execution.

He is particularly interested in the intersection of product management, strategy, technology, and business problem-solving, with a focus on how organizations operate and make decisions in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments. He enjoys analytical thinking, understanding user motivations, and exploring ideas across startups, technology, design, and business strategy.

Outside academics and work, he enjoys immersive games with strong worldbuilding and narrative depth, along with reading across a wide range of genres and themes. He is deeply curious about how both technical and human systems function, interact, and evolve over time.
