Shuvendu believes in building ventures from scratch and backing every decision with data. Rather than stepping into a conventional role, he took charge of a mobility business, DCabs, as Business Operations Lead—scaling fleet assets, engineering dynamic pricing models that increased monthly revenue and reduced operating costs through disciplined vendor negotiations, while maintaining strong customer retention.

Technology has always been central to his approach from integrating telematics for predictive maintenance and accountability to exploring digital tools that improve business efficiency. He is also keenly interested in website development and digital platforms, enjoying how well-designed websites can enhance user experience, strengthen brand identity, and solve business problems. Outside work, he is a badminton enthusiast, valuing the sport for the discipline, agility, strategic thinking, and teamwork it cultivates qualities he brings into his professional life as well.

Passionate about financial decision-making, data analytics, operational strategy, and technology-driven innovation, Shuvendu is pursuing his MBA at IIM Visakhapatnam to sharpen these strengths and build ventures that combine financial rigour with scalable digital solutions.
