Akansha Tambde is currently pursuing an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, where she combines a technical foundation with a strong interest in corporate strategy and financial markets.

Prior to joining IIM Visakhapatnam, she built a robust 3.5-year career within the financial services sector, culminating in her role as a Financial Associate. During her tenure, she worked closely with investment banking and private equity firms, assisting them through complex M&A transactions. Her expertise spans deep-dive market research, comprehensive financial modelling, valuation analysis, and rigorous due diligence, giving her a practical understanding of corporate finance and how value is sustained in competitive markets.

Her educational foundation includes a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology provides her with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving that bridges technical precision with business management.

Driven by a keen interest in market mechanics, corporate growth, and the evolving startup ecosystem, Akansha is passionate about exploring how strategic capital and corporate governance drive long-term business scaling. She thrives in environments that demand analytical rigor, continuous learning, and collaborative leadership.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Akansha is an avid badminton player and enjoys trekking, activities that help her maintain focus, resilience, and balance.
