Ms. Kashish Satish

MBA Candidate - IIM Visakhapatnam (2026-28), ranked 6th in the Bachelor of Management Studies programme at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai (2021-2024).

Growing up as the child of a defence officer, frequent relocations taught Kashish to embrace change, adapt quickly, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences instilled resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to step outside her comfort zone, qualities that continue to shape her academic and professional journey.

Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, Kashish worked as a Research Associate at Executive Access, where she specialized in strategic research, market intelligence, and leadership advisory across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. She conducted primary research across various companies, networked with senior leaders, and led one of the firm’s first structured Global Capability Centre (GCC) research initiatives, developing a research framework that supported an international client engagement and contributed to new business generation.

Alongside her professional journey, Kashish has actively led student initiatives in consulting and entrepreneurship, believing that the best ideas emerge when structured thinking is paired with collaboration and execution.

She is currently associated with EPIC and EpiFunds, India’s first student-led angel network, where she looks forward to contributing to initiatives that support founders, foster innovation, and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Beyond academics and work, Kashish enjoys solving puzzles, dancing, debating, travelling, and working for social impact. She believes that curiosity and continuous learning are essential to both personal growth and entrepreneurial success.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, venture building, and strategy, Kashish hopes to contribute to ventures that solve meaningful problems, create lasting value, and positively impact people’s lives.
