Mansi Negi is an MBA student with a deep interest in Human Resources, people strategy, and organizational development. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, where she built a strong foundation in business management, communication, and analytical thinking. Her professional focus centres on HRBP, HR analytics, employee engagement, and talent management, with a conviction that the most effective workplaces are both people-centric and data-driven.

Prior to her MBA, Mansi worked with Catenon India, where she gained hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across sectors including financial services, legal, compliance, risk management, electric vehicles, and energy storage. Her work spanned candidate sourcing, market mapping, profile screening, and stakeholder coordination for specialized and mid-to-senior-level mandates. This experience gave her a sharp understanding of strategic hiring and what it takes to attract the right talent in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Mansi is also an active member of EPIC, a community centered on entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. She joined as a Junior Partner and has since grown into a Partner role, contributing to initiatives that bring together driven individuals around impactful ideas. Through this journey, she has developed her leadership capabilities, deepened her strategic thinking, and refined her ability to work across diverse teams with purpose.

Outside of academics and work, Mansi is a trained classical dancer and also enjoys playing volleyball and reading fiction. She is known for being adaptable, detail-oriented, and approachable and hopes to build a career where she can create meaningful impact through people and culture.
