Ms Pratyusha Mondal

MBA Candidate - Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (2025–27), graduate in Bachelor of Management Studies from St. Xavier's College Kolkata.

Pratyusha has prior experience at an IT startup, where she worked across business development, LinkedIn marketing, recruitment, and project coordination in a fast-paced startup environment. Working closely with international clients helped her understand how businesses operate, scale, and position themselves across different markets.

She has a strong inclination toward finance, business strategy, and analytical decision-making, and genuinely enjoys working with numbers and understanding business performance. What particularly interests her is exploring different industries and business models, understanding market dynamics, customer behaviour, and how organizations adapt to changing economic and business environments. Through her academic and professional experiences, she has developed a keen interest in studying how companies balance growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation across sectors.

She is also associated with EPIFunds, India’s first student-led angel network, where she is actively involved in evaluating startups and understanding entrepreneurial ecosystems. Through EPIC and EPIFunds, she has developed a growing interest in startups, investing, and innovation-driven businesses.

Beyond academics and professional pursuits, Pratyusha has actively participated in social initiatives since her childhood. She believes in balancing professional growth with meaningful social contribution and values experiences that allow her to learn from diverse people, industries, and communities.

Passionate about finance, strategy, entrepreneurship, and business problem-solving, she aspires to work at the intersection of analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and business growth.
