Meghana has 3 years of professional experience across business analysis, entrepreneurship development, and social impact. She has worked extensively on initiatives focused on supporting grassroots women entrepreneurs and strengthening inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems.

She began her professional journey as an Associate Business Analyst, where she was responsible for process documentation, analysing existing workflows, identifying gaps, and supporting process improvements to make processes more effective and efficient.

She then joined WE Hub (A Government of Telangana Initiative), India’s first state-led nodal organization for women entrepreneurs, where she worked closely with grassroots and rural women entrepreneurs across Telangana. She supported entrepreneurship development and capacity-building initiatives, along with CSR programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, programme planning and execution, field-level implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and entrepreneurial support initiatives.

She has also provided technical support to the Government of Tamil Nadu in the implementation of India’s second state-led incubator for women entrepreneurs. This experience enabled her to work across different geographies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to strengthen the women’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.

With experience spanning business analysis, CSR and social impact programmes, entrepreneurship development, and stakeholder engagement, she brings a combination of analytical and field-level expertise, along with a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by grassroots women entrepreneurs.
