MBA Candidate - IIM Visakhapatnam (2025–27), Gold Medalist in B.Tech Electrical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune (2019-23).

Sanchitaa believes deeply in resilience, taking bold decisions, and growing through experiences rather than choosing the safest path. During her engineering journey, she founded SSHELL, a cybersecurity-based educational platform focused on experiential learning and interactive problem solving. Although the venture eventually shut down, the experience shaped her perspective on adaptability, persistence, and building from the ground up.

After securing an opportunity with Bosch, she chose to take an unconventional route by moving into the renewable energy sector with ENGIE, a leading French energy company. Her decisions have always been guided by one belief, once a person takes the first step, they gain the power to take the next and every step further. This philosophy continues to define her approach towards challenges, opportunities, and personal growth.

She is also associated with EPIFunds, India’s first student-led angel network, a one-of-a-kind initiative focused on nurturing the next generation of founders, investors, and entrepreneurial leaders.

Beyond academics and professional pursuits, Sanchitaa has actively engaged in debating, basketball, and social impact initiatives, believing that balance is essential to moving ahead with purpose.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainability, and technology, she aspires to contribute towards ventures that create meaningful impact at scale.
