Harsha is a calm and composed person from India. He is a Postgraduate in Management from IIM Bangalore and a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Warangal. He has 6+ years of work experience in Operations, Strategy, Business Development and Management Consulting domains at companies Hero MotoCorp, Amazon, AskmeBazaar, IIMV FIELD and 24MIXEDFRUITS CCD Consulting.

Since joining IIMV FIELD (the incubation and startup hub of IIM Visakhapatnam) as its first employee, he has been playing a key role in growing its business. Currently, as a manager, he is handling the Incubator Operations & Strategy, Programs, Business Development, Digital Media, Strategic Partnerships, Investments and Mentoring Activities. As a mentor & Consultant, he is working with very early-stage startups to solve their business challenges and to develop their business models. He has 330+ Hrs. of One-to-one Consulting experience with 50+ women led startups, 20+ tech startups, 30+ social impact ventures in various sectors such as Food Processing, Apparels, Photo Printing & Merchandising, Personalized Gifting, Education, Mental wellness, Retail, Toys & Games, E-Commerce, etc. He built his core competencies in the areas of Business Model Development, Operations Strategy & Management, Marketing Research, Business Communications, Digital Marketing, Process Engineering and Project Management.

Previously, At Hero MotoCorp, he worked as a process engineer & project manager in their Dharuhera Plant and designed plant operations of Aluminum engine parts to meet the market demand. At Amazon, he analyzed the behavior of Customer Service Agents responding to the Email, Phone, Chat enquires of Amazon’s North American customers. At AskmeBazaar, he worked on providing a new fulfilment service to various sellers across India. He also did a special research project on fire safety at IIT Delhi, which got published in International Association for fire safety science.

He has life skills & capabilities and likes to utilize his Available Time of 24 hours in a day and have fun. He enjoys designing photographs, gaming, cycling, watching videos, and reading.
