Harsha is a calm and composed person from India, a postgraduate in management from IIM Bangalore and a mechanical engineer from NIT Warangal.

After an exciting start in academics and his professional career, he arrived at a speed breaker in life. With the magic of resilience, he reinvented himself, focusing his energies on early-stage startup consulting and incubator management, and has since been contributing actively to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and across India.

He currently helps founders leverage AI, raise funds, frame negotiation strategies with angels and VCs, build impactful decks, facilitate networks and drive growth, especially for women-led, social impact and emerging tech startups across sectors, stages and locations in India. He is the first employee of IIMV FIELD, the incubation and startup hub of IIM Visakhapatnam. He has been playing a pivotal role in growing its business by developing proposals, identifying funding partners, executing programs, building strategic partnerships, enabling team members and connecting founders to mentors, funds, markets and networks.

He is also the founder and director of 24mixedfruits CCD Consulting LLP, which aspires to build emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and decision-making in school students aged 11–15 in Visakhapatnam, while extending business consulting support to women-led, student-led and social ventures. His earlier career included roles at Hero MotoCorp, Amazon and AskmeBazaar, along with an experimental research project on fire safety at IIT Delhi.

Harsha seeks to make the most of everyday by focusing on completing atomic habits and managing energies. He enjoys staying connected, riding bikes, cycling, playing with tech tools, watching videos, reading, designing photographs and gaming. He intends to be at the intersection of Management, Technology & Design to discover his next best version.
