Mr Vignesh Venugopal

Vignesh Venugopal is working as an Associate Manager at IIMV FIELD. He has diverse experiences in the public, private, and social sectors.

As the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow (MGNF) from IIM Visakhapatnam, Vignesh has made significant contributions to various government initiatives. He has worked with the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India and the Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

Notably, during his tenure as MGNF Dibang Valley, he was appointed to the District Skill Committee by the Deputy Commissioner, where he worked tirelessly with stakeholders from government departments, CSR organizations, civil society bodies, and aspirational youths. His efforts have played a pivotal role in enhancing the district’s skill development and entrepreneurship ecosystem. He had also contributed to other government initiatives such as the ‘One District One Product’ and Vibrant Village Program. Vignesh’s outstanding research and fieldwork have earned him recognition from both the MSDE and IIM Visakhapatnam.

Prior to his role at IIMV FIELD, Vignesh garnered invaluable corporate experience working with multinational corporations and startups. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and a Certificate in Public Policy and Management from IIM Visakhapatnam. His extensive travels and diverse experiences across India have instilled in him a deep appreciation for drawing knowledge from various disciplines, sectors, and geographies.
